Real Estate Advisor
Prior to real estate, Brad directed communications for the largest state/local LGBT business chamber in the U.S. (if not the world), the Greater Seattle Business Association. He has been serving clients in residential real estate practice since 2004, recognized by Seattle Magazine as a Five Star Professional for 14 years, runs a BBB accredited business, is a top 10% producing broker at Keller Williams Greater Seattle (one of the top producing firms in King County), and joined the firm’s ownership group in 2021. Brad also served eight years on his firm’s Associate Leadership Council, is a member of the California Polytechnic State University Journalism Advisory Board (from which he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree), and serves on The LGBT+ Housing Initiative Board.
He is a founding member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and a member of King County Collaborative Law and Collaborative Professionals of Washington. Brad strives to one day soon have a part-time life in Palm Springs. He loves winter ski trips with his husband Terry and their Chihuahua Rigby at their Snoqualmie Pass condo.
