Stephanie graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. She grew up in West Michigan and has been in the greater Seattle area since 2011.
Stephanie joined Hutchinson and Walter in December of 2018. She loves the variety and wealth of experience and resources available to her at this firm. Her expertise includes tax preparation and planning for small business owners, high net worth individuals, trusts, and complex transactions. Prior to starting her career in public accounting in 2016, Stephanie had several years of experience providing bookkeeping and state and local tax services.
One of her favorite parts of her work is being a resource and voice of reason for her clients when they need us the most. She is experienced with navigating the tax implications of community property, alimony, real estate transactions, consulting, planning, and tax strategy – all items that may come to light during a divorce.
Outside of work, Stephanie spends much of her time in the mountains with her friends. As an avid trail runner, she hopes to complete several ultra-marathons in the future.
